Easter card 3

Hello!

My daughter loves lots of stickles, so thought I would do this card for her.

Carts: Paper Pups for Easter Dog, Give A Hoot for bird and tree, Gypsy Wandering for grass, PDDU for clouds, Simply Charmed for the sun, Smiley cards for egg shaped card base.

Sizes: Dog at 2, saying inside card at 2, sun at 1.10, tree at 2, bird at .95, grass was at 3 and cut down.

Tools and Supplies: Gypsy, Expression, argyle paper from M's at 10 cents, stickles in yellow, glam pink, cinnamon brown, purple, black embellishment for eyes

Card Base cut from Smiley Cards at 5.5 (x2 eggs) and I used hide/contour for the face inside the egg. Then, grouped and welded the 2 together. The argyle paper was cut at 5 and a blade depth of 2. Just assembled everything, used stickles and adhered the "Yappy Easter" inside the card.

St. Patricks day Card #1

Here is a card I did for St.Pats day. Sorry, don't know exact sizes since no gypsy.

This is a 5x7 card. My dd got the idea of putting rainbow ribbon at the top, so I went with that :)

The tree is from sweethearts (I think at 3")and I just improvised and cut out shamrocks in various sizes from PDDU(like .75, .85, 1) I put glossy accents on the shamrocks. The shamrock on the trunk has green stickles outlining it.

The pot of gold is from PDDU and I used a gold textured cardstock I got from H/L. I think these were cut at 1. I went over the top of the gold where the coins were with a gold pen.

The hat on the dog was from Simply Charmed (from the leprechaun) I think it was 2". I put a little glossy accents on the buckle of the hat.

The dog is from paper pups and was cut at 1.75. The grass was just a strip of green that I cut slits on the top of.

Inside I stamped "Feelin' Lucky?"

Well, it is hot, HoT hOT her in OK at 105. So ready for Fall and a cool breeze! Thinking about it got me in the mood to do Halloween cards.

Front
Inside
Ingredients:
5 x 7 premade white card. Used Gypsy, Cricut and WIMG for the sign (3.25), fence (3.25), PDDU for ghost(2.50) tree(4.50) and pumpkin (at 5.5), Doodlecharm for the spider (.90)

Papers--CM Blue with stars, Paper Studio green, Bazzil Golden yellow for moon and browns for fence, tree, sign & pumpkin. Inside card the jack-o-lantern paper is Creative Imaginations.
I cut and glued CM blue start paper down, then used a fiskars zigzag tearing tool to tear the green for the grass. Glued that down. With a black pen, I detailed lines onto the tree & fence. Then used colorbox chalk inks in dk browns and chestnut and beige to do distressing. For the moon, I used MS chalk ink in orange to add some extra color.

Can I tell you how many times I had to cut the blooming ghost
4 TIMES!! Somehow I kept washing my hands because I would somehow get black ink on the ghost. I couldn't figure out where the black ink was coming from. So, I glued one ghost down and it had black ink on it. Rather than pull it off with UNDO, I decided to leave it there and go for a shadow effect and apply another ghost on top with pop dots.

Inside the card: I cut the cute Jack-o-Lantern paper and glued down. Then I distressed the brown sign and glued onto the black sign shadow. Stamped "BOO" with black Stampabilities ink and a rubber stamp. The pumpkin was cut out 3 times--once with all details in orange, next in black and used hide/contour on Gypsy to hide the features. Then in green with hide/contour feature. Orange glued onto the black and then cut the green stem and leaves off and placed on top of pumpkin.
